Video Framer is currently free to use within Free plan limits. Pro is coming soon, and Ruksar is not currently accepting Pro subscription payments. Joining the early-access list does not create a paid subscription or authorise a charge.
02Returns and exchanges
Ruksar provides browser-based digital tools and does not ship physical goods. Physical returns and exchanges therefore do not apply to the current service. This does not limit any remedies available under applicable law for a digital service.
03Refunds today
There is no purchase charge to refund for the current Free service or early-access signup. If you see a charge that appears to be from Ruksar, check the merchant details and contact your payment provider to identify the transaction. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or complete card details.
04When paid plans launch
Before payments open, this policy will be updated to explain cancellation, refund eligibility, how to submit a request, and processing timelines. Applicable terms will be available before you purchase. A planned price on the pricing page does not create a payment obligation.
No future refund window, automatic renewal, or cancellation fee is established by this policy.
05Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that apply under consumer law, including remedies for unauthorised charges or services that are not provided as agreed. Any future paid-service policy will remain subject to those rights.
