01Using Ruksar
These terms apply to your use of ruksar.in and its creative tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Use Ruksar only where you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
02Your account
Provide accurate account information and protect access to your phone, verification codes, and recovery email. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share verification codes or attempt to access another person’s account.
03Your content and creations
You retain ownership of the content you bring to Ruksar and the work you create, subject to the rights of others. You must have permission to use any videos, images, fonts, logos, or other material included in your projects.
Ruksar’s branding, interface, and software remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the tools does not transfer ownership of those materials.
04Acceptable use
Do not use Ruksar for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, or distributing harmful content. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions or plan limits, or attempt to compromise its security.
We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, protect the service, or comply with applicable law.
05Tools, plans, and payments
Video Framer is currently available on the Free plan. Other tools and Pro features marked as coming soon are not a promise of a launch date. Feature availability, browser compatibility, and project limits are described on the tool and pricing pages.
Pro payments are not currently open. The price shown for Pro is a planned launch price. Before accepting payments, we will explain the applicable price, billing terms, cancellation process, and refund policy.
06Saved work and availability
Video Framer processes your videos in your browser. Saved projects are stored on your device and do not sync across accounts or devices. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or losing access to your device can remove saved work. Keep separate copies of source files and exports.
We aim to keep the tools available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every browser. Check your exports before using or publishing them.
07Responsibility and your rights
The tools are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every feature will meet every requirement or that the service will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel before they apply where required by law.
